How can a single mother of 5 buy a home when all she has for income is child support?

I have been trying to find programs that help me buy a home for me and my children, but I keep getting turned down from the lenders that say they can help. Can anyone help me find a program that will help? I am going to college but its hard to get a job when I will be working for free; daycare is expensive.
