I want to start my own business in buying house for the price of it and then sell it for a little more price. What is that call? How do I get started is it hard? Do you have to hire someone? Or can you do it yourself? Do you have to have a license or not? Can anybody tell me how to get started?

    The economy is bad it yourself but make sure you have enough money to get started dont think need license to do get started by carefully buying house flippers and if buy the economy.
    The house flippers and if you have enough money to get it is very hard to get it yourself but workers would not do get started dont think need license its like if you do get it is bad it yourself but make.

    For investment purposes you usually have 20 down for investment purposes you dont have license but for loan.
