How do I buy a house in a decent part of the south bay with 0%down and not perfect credit?

There has to be a way to buy a detached home without a down payment and not great credit. I’d really appreciate any serious responses. And the house doesn’t have to be big, small is ok as long as it is in a decent neighborhood with no major issues such as structural, ect.

    The market it is really slow now so you can get paid buy seller at closing.
    For you they get motivated seller at closing.
