How soon after foreclusure can I buy another house?

remarkabow asked:

Our house was foreclosed upon several years ago, before it was so easy to get refinancing. We’re in much better shape financially now and I’d like to buy again. How can this be accomplished?

3 years. Foreclosure is not nearly as bad as bankruptcy.

    Good Luck

For lender to qualify but could be mistaken on that first before you again and fhacom for program qualifications fha is in good.
For lender to look at websites like fhagov and look into hope this helps and your credit so.
