Is there a low-income home-buying program in Xenia, Ohio?

Ashley asked:

Where I live now, there is a government program called the self-help housing program that helps low-income families to buy their own homes by giving them a low-interest loan, putting them through financial classes, ect. I was wondering if there was a similar program in Xenia, Ohio. If so, who do I contact? Thank you so much in advance!
The type of loan I am referring to is not through a bank, it is through the USDA’s 502 loan.
