Where do you think the best place to buy Real Estate right now is and why?

I would like to know where you think the best place to buy real estate is right now. This could apply to a location that you think would be best to develop in or just places to buy that are reasonable enough and will incease in value. If you answer this question, please tell me why you feel this way and any information that you can refer me to. I am mainly interested in commerical real estate or commerical real estate development.

I am looking for areas that are up and coming and possibly have development in the works or plans for it.

    Up here in northern Alberta is boomtown el grande. The prices are through the roof on real estate and it seems to be increasing all the time. Oh here it’s northwest Alberta, Grande Prairie, but also Ft McMurray is booming as well.

    The company is going to employee lot of properties around in near future they will start climbing at very high rate.

    I don’t have time to go into the details but I just purchased in San Antonio Texas and I feel that it and Austin are two of the hottest markets in the nation right now. Do the research you’ll see why.
